Dar Al-Anbar for Culture Participates in the Iraqi Diplomacy Governance Forum

A delegation from Dar Al-Anbar for Culture, represented by Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Khalaf and Dr. Mohammed Rabie Hashem, participated in the Bahr Al-Uloom Forum, held in Baghdad on Saturday, October 31, 2026, under the title: “Governance of Iraqi Diplomacy: Toward a National Framework for Institutional Integration and Foreign Policy Decision-Making.”

The forum was attended by H.E. Eng. Mohammed Sahib Al-Daraji, Minister of Digital Economy and Governance, along with a distinguished group of academics, political figures, and specialists in diplomatic affairs.

The forum addressed the importance of developing Iraq’s diplomatic governance system and enhancing integration and coordination among national institutions in ways that contribute to supporting foreign-policy decision-making and strengthening Iraq’s role at both the regional and international levels.

Dar Al-Anbar for Culture’s participation reflects its commitment to active engagement in national forums and dialogues, as well as to strengthening the role of cultural and academic institutions in discussing strategic issues that serve the national interest and support development and institutional progress.
