Dar Al-Anbar Organization for Culture, in cooperation with the University of Al-Maarif, held a scientific seminar entitled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Supporting the Educational Process in Iraq,” as part of ongoing efforts to keep pace with technological developments and to enhance digital transformation in the education sector.
The seminar witnessed the participation of several lecturers specialized in the field of artificial intelligence, who presented scientific and practical insights on mechanisms for employing AI technologies in developing curricula, improving teaching methods, and supporting students through intelligent learning systems that contribute to raising levels of understanding and academic achievement.
The seminar was also attended by representatives of the Anbar Provincial Council, along with directors of service departments, academics, and students. The event provided an open platform for in-depth discussions between decision-makers, experts, and stakeholders concerned with educational development.
The seminar concluded with a set of important recommendations, the most notable of which was the agreement to establish a Data Center in Anbar Governorate. This center is intended to serve as a key pillar for supporting digital infrastructure, serving educational institutions, and enabling the application of artificial intelligence technologies in education, scientific research, and administrative fields.
