Dar AlAnbar for Culture Organization Completes Preparations to Deploy Local Observers for Monitoring the Iraqi Parliamentary Elections

Anbar – Dar AlAnbar for Culture Organization has announced the completion of all preparations for deploying its local observers across polling centers to monitor the conduct of the upcoming Iraqi parliamentary elections.

In a statement, the organization confirmed that its technical and monitoring teams have, over the past few days, completed a series of training courses and workshops focused on observation mechanisms, handling emergency situations, and documenting violations according to approved standards. The organization emphasized that these efforts aim to ensure transparency and fairness in the electoral process and to strengthen public trust in democratic practice.

The organization added that observers will be deployed across various districts of the province, with a focus on densely populated areas and polling centers that had previously recorded remarks or complaints during past elections. It also pointed out that a central operations room will be established to monitor real-time reports and coordinate communication with the Independent High Electoral Commission.

The Anbar House for Culture stressed its full commitment to neutrality and nonpartisanship, affirming that its role is limited to observation, documentation, and the preparation of professional reports that contribute to promoting transparency and safeguarding the voters’ voice.
