The seminar was delivered by Assistant Lecturer *Osama Mahmoud Hussein*, a faculty member at the College of Engineering at Al-Maarif University. He discussed the key mechanisms that cause concrete structures to deteriorate as a result of exposure to chemical attacks. He also examined modern methods and technologies used to enhance concrete durability, improve its performance, and increase its resistance to various environmental and chemical factors. This seminar is part of a series of scientific and cultural activities that Dar Al-Anbar for Culture is committed to organizing in cooperation with academic institutions. These activities aim to facilitate the exchange of scientific expertise and connect theoretical knowledge with practical engineering applications, thereby contributing to the advancement of
